After 72 hours of receiving your product(s) or seven (7) days of delivery by us (whichever comes first), you agree that the product(s) are deemed accepted by you.
If the product(s) you have purchased on our website has a significant discrepancy or severe damages upon arrival, within 72 hours of receiving the subject product(s), you may send us an email with evidence to explain the situation and ask for exchange or credit. Upon approval, you then send the product back to us with our return confirmation letter at your own delivery expense.
